Espacio Migrante is a binational community organization based in Tijuana, supporting migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. The organization works directly with diverse migrant communities, including migrants from Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa, as well as women, men, youth, and children.
Paulina Olvera Cañez is the founder and director of Espacio Migrante. She is pursuing a master's degree in Latin American studies at the University of California, San Diego. Her research examines the experiences of migrants in Baja California.
