Collaborative on Global Children's Issues

Mariam Yousef (G’27) is a master’s student in the Global Human Development program at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and holds a Bachelor of Science in communication from Boston University. She previously interned with UNICEF Jordan, contributing to digital storytelling, community engagement, and field communications that supported programs benefiting children and youth in refugee camps and host communities. As a spring 2026 communications student fellow with the Collaborative on Global Children’s Issues, Yousef will support the Children in Adversity Project through strategic communications that translate research into accessible narratives to ensure children’s voices and realities are reflected.
