Fresia Guzman
Identity
Fresia Guzman is a program director at Identity. Guzman leads projects serving 10,000 Latino youth and families each year in Montgomery County, Maryland. Before working with Identity, she served as the first secretary of economic affairs for the Bolivian Embassy in Washington, DC, and with the Ministries of Finance and Telecommunications in Bolivia. Guzman is a member of the Collaborative Design Team for Innovating Protection for Children on the Move Across the Americas, a forum convened by Georgetown University’s Collaborative on Global Children’s Issues and Institute for the Study of International Migration.
